We answer within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). If ye send a message on a weekend or holiday, we'll catch it Monday morning.
What to include when ye email us
To help us help ye faster, include the following when relevant:
For order issues:
- Yer order number (starts with #, found in your confirmation email)
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos if there's damage, a defect, or a print problem
For sizing or product questions:
- Which product ye're looking at
- Yer measurements or usual size if relevant
- Any specific concerns
For everything else:
- Just tell us what's on yer mind
Quick answers to common questions
Before ye send us word, check if yer question is already answered here:
"Where's my order?" Check yer email for the shipping confirmation with tracking. Production takes 3–7 business days, then shipping takes another 3–5 days in the US (longer internationally). See our Shipping Policy for full details.
"Can I return my shirt because it doesn't fit?" Every dvyjns piece is made to order, so we can't accept returns for sizing or change of mind. Please check the size chart on every product page before ye buy. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
"My shirt arrived defective or damaged. What do I do?" Email us at ahoy@dvyjns.com within 14 days of delivery with yer order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to ye. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
"Do ye ship internationally?" Yes, we ship to most countries. International shipping takes 10–20 business days and may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. See our Shipping Policy for details.
"Can I cancel my order?" Only within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, production has started. Email us immediately at ahoy@dvyjns.com if ye need to cancel.
"Do ye take design suggestions?" We do, actually. Send us a message if ye've got an idea. We can't promise we'll use it, but we read every one.
"Do ye do wholesale or bulk orders?" Possibly. Send us a message at ahoy@dvyjns.com with details about what ye're looking for and we'll see what we can work out.
