Welcome to dvyjns. By visiting our website, browsing our locker, or placing an order, ye agree to these Terms of Service. Read them through — they're the rules of the deck.
If ye don't agree with these terms, please don't use the site or buy from us. By using dvyjns.com, ye confirm yer agreement.
1. About dvyjns
dvyjns ("we," "us," "our," "the crew") is an apparel brand operating at dvyjns.com. We design original pirate-inspired apparel and accessories and have them produced and shipped through our partners. The site is operated by DVYJNS, based in Texas, United States.

2. Use of the site
By using dvyjns.com, ye agree:
- Ye are at least 18 years old, OR ye are using the site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian
- Ye won't use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Ye won't attempt to interfere with the site's operation, security, or other users' experience
- Ye won't scrape, copy, or reproduce site content (including artwork, photography, or written content) without our written permission
- Ye won't impersonate another person or misrepresent yer identity
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion — including for suspected fraud, abusive behavior toward our crew, or violation of these terms.
3. Products and pricing
Made to order. Every dvyjns product is printed and produced after ye place yer order. Because of this, we do not maintain inventory and cannot offer same-day shipping. Production typically takes 3–7 business days before shipping.
Pricing. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of order is the price ye'll be charged.
Product descriptions and images. We do our best to accurately describe and photograph every product. However:
- Colors may appear slightly different on yer screen than in hand. Monitors, lighting, and device calibration all vary.
- Garment-dyed cotton has natural color variation. Two shirts in the same colorway may not match exactly.
- Mockup images are representative. Final printed products may have minor variations from the mockups shown.
- We reserve the right to correct typos, pricing errors, or product description errors without notice.
Availability. Products are subject to availability. We may discontinue any design or colorway at any time. If we cannot fulfill yer order for any reason (production issues, blank fabric shortages, etc.), we'll notify ye and issue a full refund.
4. Orders and payment
Order acceptance. When ye place an order, ye're making an offer to buy. We accept yer offer when we charge yer payment method and confirm yer order by email. Until that confirmation, no contract exists between ye and dvyjns.
Order cancellation by us. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — including for suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, or products that become unavailable. If we cancel yer order, we'll refund any payment in full.
Payment. We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout. Yer payment method is charged at the time of order. By providing payment information, ye confirm ye are authorized to use the payment method.
Taxes. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on yer shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws.
5. Shipping and delivery
Processing time. Orders typically enter production within 24 hours of being placed and ship within 3–7 business days. Shipping times vary by destination.
Shipping carriers. We ship through our print-on-demand partners' standard carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, and others). Tracking information is provided once yer order ships.
International shipping. We may ship internationally to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.
Risk of loss. Risk of loss for products passes to ye upon delivery to the carrier. If a package is lost in transit (confirmed by tracking), see our Returns & Refunds policy for resolution.
Address accuracy. Ye are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we are not responsible for reshipping costs.
6. Returns, refunds, and cancellations
All sales are final except for manufacturer defects, damage in transit, or our error. Full details, including the 14-day window for defect claims and how to request a replacement, are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
By placing an order, ye acknowledge and agree to our Returns & Refunds policy.
7. Intellectual property
Our content is ours. All content on dvyjns.com — including original artwork, designs, photography, written content, the dvyjns name and logo, and the overall site design — is owned by dvyjns or licensed to us. It's protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
What ye can't do. Ye may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from any dvyjns content without our written permission. This includes:
- Downloading or screenshotting designs to print on yer own products
- Using dvyjns artwork on social media, websites, or other platforms without credit and permission
- Selling counterfeit or unauthorized dvyjns merchandise
- Using the dvyjns name or logo in a way that implies endorsement or partnership
What ye can do. Ye can share photos of yerself wearing dvyjns products on social media (we love it, actually — tag us). Ye can show off the shirt ye bought. Ye can leave reviews and write about our brand. Just don't pretend dvyjns content is yours.
User-submitted content. If ye submit photos, reviews, or other content to us (including tagging us on social media), ye grant dvyjns a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes. Ye represent that ye own or have rights to any content ye submit.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep dvyjns.com running smoothly and accurately, but we don't guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We don't warrant that products will meet yer specific needs or expectations.
Color and fit disclaimers. As stated above, colors may vary slightly between screen and reality, and garment-dyed cotton has natural variation. Ye accept these as part of the product experience.
No medical, legal, or professional advice. Content on dvyjns.com is for entertainment and product information only. It's not advice of any kind.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, dvyjns and its affiliates, partners, and crew are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from yer use of the site or our products — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to ye for any claim arising from these terms or yer use of the site is limited to the amount ye paid us for the product or service that's the subject of the claim.
Some jurisdictions don't allow limits on certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to ye in full.
10. Indemnification
Ye agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless dvyjns and its crew from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Yer use of the site or our products
- Yer violation of these terms
- Yer violation of any rights of another person or party
11. Third-party links and services
Our site may contain links to third-party websites or services (social media, payment processors, shipping carriers, etc.). We don't control these third parties and aren't responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Yer use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
12. Modifications to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Yer continued use of the site after changes means ye accept the updated terms.
If changes are material, we'll do our best to notify ye via email (if ye've given us yer address) or a notice on the site.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Informal resolution. Before filing any formal claim, ye agree to contact us at ahoy@dvyjns.com and give us a chance to resolve the issue. Most disputes can be settled with a conversation.
Jurisdiction. Any formal dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in United States, Texas, and ye consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Class action waiver. Ye agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.
14. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in effect.
15. Entire agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Returns & Refunds policy and Privacy Policy, make up the full agreement between ye and dvyjns regarding yer use of the site. They replace any prior agreements or understandings.
