Returns & Refunds

Every piece in the dvyjns locker is made to order. We don't keep crates of shirts gathering dust in a warehouse — when ye place an order, we print and ship it fresh from the dock. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of heart, wrong size, or second thoughts. Check yer size before ye buy — every product page has measurements to help ye choose right.

That said, we stand behind every shirt that leaves the dock.

If yer order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what ye ordered, we'll set it right — full refund, or a replacement at no cost to ye. Send word within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the trouble and yer order number. We'll handle the rest.


What we'll make right

  • The shirt arrived damaged in transit
  • The print is crooked, cracked, faded, or otherwise botched
  • Ye received the wrong design, color, or size from what was ordered
  • The shirt has a manufacturing flaw (loose stitching, holes, bad fabric, etc.)
  • Yer order never made port (lost in transit, confirmed by tracking)

In any of these cases, we'll send a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost — yer call.


What we can't help with

  • Buyer's remorse (ye changed yer mind after the order shipped)
  • Wrong size ordered (the size chart is on every product page — give it a proper look before ye buy)
  • Color looking slightly different on yer screen than in hand (monitors lie; garment-dyed cotton has natural variation)
  • Normal wear, fading, or shrinkage from washing
  • Damage from improper care (always follow the tag — she's heavyweight cotton, not a kitchen rag)
  • Items ye received as gifts that weren't requested
  • Stickers, can coolers, and other final-sale plunder

How to send word

Email us at ahoy@dvyjns.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  1. Yer order number
  2. A clear photo of the damage or defect
  3. A brief description of what's wrong

We answer the call within 1–2 business days. If yer claim's approved, we'll either send yer coin back to its original port (yer payment method) or ship a fresh replacement — yer choice. Refunds usually land within 5–10 business days depending on yer bank.


Lost at sea (packages, that is)

If yer tracking says "delivered" but nothing's arrived, here's what to do:

  1. Check with yer local carrier and ask the neighbors first
  2. Wait 2–3 business days — carriers sometimes mark deliveries early
  3. If it still hasn't surfaced, email us with yer order number and we'll send out a search party

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to ye.


Damaged in transit

If yer order shows up looking like it survived a storm:

  1. Take photos before opening (if ye can) and after
  2. Email us within 7 days of delivery
  3. We'll send a replacement on the next tide

Cancellations

Since every shirt is made to order, we start production within hours of yer order being placed. We can only call back an order within 2 hours of purchase. After that, she's already in the works and can't be turned around.

If ye need to cancel, email us immediately at ahoy@dvyjns.com with yer order number. We'll do what we can.

We're a small operation. Every order matters to us — every single one. If something's wrong with what ye got, we genuinely want to hear about it so we can make it right. We're not the kind of crew that argues over a defective shirt or hides behind fine print. Send us word and we'll take care of ye.
